First Quarter: I worked very hard this last quarter, and I believe my work reflects that. My articles were well written, and the few pictures I took were mostly good. I also think that my layout of the middle spread was aesthetically pleasing and interesting. However, I would like to take more and better pictures.

Second Quarter: I am happy with my work this past quarter. I am proud of my articles, and I think I covered a variety of topics well. However, I did not take any pictures, and my layouts were not very interesting. My goals for the upcoming quarter to work to come up with better ideas for layouts, and take more pictures.

Third Quarter: I think that this quarter was one of my best. My layout for the Creativity article is the best I've ever done, and I'm incredibly proud of it. My articles were well written, but while the photos I took certainly weren't horrible, there is definitely room for improvement. My goals this upcoming quarter are to improve my photography skills and make my layouts and articles even better.

Fourth Quarter: This quarter was absolutely the best I have had since I started working on the staff. My layouts were extremely interesting and colorful, and my articles, in my opinion, were quite well written. Though I didn't take many pictures, the ones I did take were good. Overall, this was an amazing quarter and a fantastic way to end my time on the Panther newspaper staff.
